Presently the first floor offers two office spaces to rent as well as group space, separate entrances and waiting areas. Five or more hours is considered one work-day. The space will be available seven days per week from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. A flat fee for time-limited class or group arrangements can be negotiated with regard to length, frequency, and times the class or group is scheduled.
